| For cancellation, a refund minus 20% service charge will be sent to delegates if cancellation is received in writing by 15 July 2007. |

Immigration Visa Application
|
| Before departure to Malaysia, international participants are requested to enquire and, if necessary, obtain entry visa to Malaysia. Participants also need to ensure his/her passport has at least 6 months validity upon entry into Malaysia. Further details could be obtained from the Malaysian Embassy / High Commission of respected countries. |
